The evaluation module is a questionnaire with graduated answers. That is, it asks a number of questions and the user can then answer how much he or she is in agreement with each question on a scale, for example from 1-5.
The module is rarely used for actual tests, as there are no right or wrong answers. It is used, however, for evaluations/assessments among employees or other users. It can be used, for example, to receive feedback from salesmen or dealers on customer trends and needs, to examine if employees are satisfied with their place of work or simply to receive continuous feedback of the e-learning program.
The module adds up the employees’ answers to all questions and generates a complete statistical overview of the answers. In this way you can generate reports and statistics of each employee’s or team of employees answers and tendencies.
You can learn more about this under Learning Manager.
The course coordinator can, via the Composite administration module handle the following without any programming:
· Remove or add evaluation questionnaires
· Edit questions and answering options
· Mark certain questions that are to be attached to an “input field” enabling a user to expand on his or her answers.
· Control if the questionnaire is to be time limited (time controlled publication)
· Choose whether questions should consist of text or pictures
· Assign each option a score
This is managed via the Learning Manager.
