Microsoft's Channel 9 does a piece on Composite

Microsoft Channel 9As the first Content Management System in the world, Composite was selected by Microsoft to act as a reference on how to build intelligent applications.

During the latest visit at Microsoft's developer headquarters in Redmond, Composite showed off some of the interesting technical features of Composite C1 to the Microsoft Development Team. The usage of Windows Workflow Foundation and LINQ in Composite C1 intriged the Microsoft Development Team in such a way, they wanted everybody to see it. And the logical way to distribute such a message is through Microsofts internal Developer Forum: Channel 9.

Friday October 3, Composite Headquarters in Copenhagen was visited by journalists from Channel 9. Their primary focus was on the way Composite C1 utilizes Windows Workflow Foundation - a usage, the Microsoft Developers had never seen before.

Three hours of interviews and filming will result in a 45 minute show on Channel 9 to be published in the near future. Once the date is final, you will find all details on this site.

What is Channel 9?

If you fly United Airlines, you can hear what's going on in the cockpit by turning the radio dial to Channel 9. Now if you want to get inside the head of Microsoft you can tune to Channel 9 on the MSDN Web site (see http://channel9.msdn.com). In fact, it was the community atmosphere engendered by the airline's eavesdropping channel that got five Microsoft evangelists thinking: "What if we created a Channel 9 for Microsoft?" according to Channel 9 team leader Lenn Pryor.
So, soon after witnessing the many productive interactions between Microsoft staff and customers at a recent Professional Developers Conference, the five team members grabbed some low-cost digital video cameras and started taping people. The team thought video would be a good choice so viewers could get to know Microsoft employees and actually see what they are working on.
